Shadow Work

Repressed Emotional trauma is pain from past experiences that we’ve unconsciously pushed away because it was too difficult to face at the time. It still influences our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors – often without us realizing it.

Managing it means bringing those buried emotions to light in a safe way, acknowledging them without judgement, and processing them so they no longer control you.

This involves  practices such as self-reflection, theraputic journaling, and meditation.
